What is CDA 1 View?

CDA 1 View is a web based portal for CDAs which gives in depth information on business and payment related parameters along with the latest updates in the channel.
What is the purpose of CDA 1 View?

What information will we get from this portal?
![]() | By logging into CDA 1 View portal our Channel Partner can access Personalized Incentive Components such as CDA Consulting fee,, Payout statement, Advisor commission details , Renewal Alerts, My details & Business Analytics, Contest details , Contest Results & Club Qualifiers Business Opportunity Plan, Latest News & Events, Branch Locators, Investment Update, QRC, Online induction training & TDS certificate, Product brochures, application forms and Service request forms, Customize tools such as Plan finder, Pension calculator, CDA newsletter “WOW” and lot more. |
How to access CDA 1 View portal?
![]() | To access CDA 1 View a CDA has to register his id (CDA code) on the portal using the option given on the front page of the portal “New user. After completion of the process his password will be mailed to him on the mail id captured during the time of code creation. |
How will CDA get his user id and password?

If CDA forgets the password, how can he reset the same?
![]() | We have built in the option of “Forgot password” on the login page of the portal. The CDA can click on the “forgot password” option and reset his password. The new password will be sent to the registered e-mail id. |
What is the customer support number of CDA 1 View portal?

What information can a CDA get on Home Page?

Where can I get the ready reckoner for the prospective CDA recruitment?

Where can I get the product/plan details?

What information will I get in Dashboard?

where can I get my monthly payout statements or incentives details?

What is an e-statement?

What are these Alerts in “my dashboard” tab?

Where can I check my direct and indirect advisor’s commission?

I want to check the no of policies and proposals I have submitted, where can I get the details from?

What is my review letter all about?
![]() | As an organization, we expect our associates to perform according to the desired objectives thereby creating a mutually viable value proposition for all parties involved. The review letter helps you to know whether you have achieved the desired objective. Review happens once every quarter for CDA’s who have completed at least 6 months in the channel. |
Where can I check the policy wise due data and collected amount of last 6 months?

What is Biz meter report, what information I can get from this?

I want to see the total business done by my team in terms of login and the issuance?

Where can I check the CFR raised against the policies logged by my direct and indirect advisors?

Where can I get the policy wise CDA and advisor incentives?

What is indirect OVC?

What is a financial planner?

How the benefit illustration will help me (CDA)?

What is my QRC and what information I will get?
![]() | QRC (Query, Request, Complaint) is a tab where the CDA can register his complaint / request/ query directly from portal without going to branch and can also check the status of the call logged. |
What is the procedure to order the product brochures/request forms for my office?
![]() | To order the brochures, the CDA needs to raise a request in portal under the head “POS Material” & the required material will be sent to the CDA on the address registered in the system. |
What is PoS inventory?
![]() | PoS (Point of Sale) inventory is a system where you can raise a request for product related forms & brochures in between 5th to 15th of every month. |
Is there any option in CDA 1 View where I can check the status of the requisition raised?
![]() | Yes, the CDA can track his requisition in the Tracking System of the POS. |
What is an e-magazine?
![]() | E-Magazine is the Magazine of CDA Channel released every month where all achievements of the month are highlighted. |
What information I can see in Archive tab?

What are these WOW newsletters?
![]() | WOW stands for World of Winners which is a monthly magazine for CDA. It provides the news updates, top 10 CDA’s, contests, Message from the FH, the path going forward etc. |
What is an E Agreement?
![]() | Electronic Agreement is the agreement which the CDA signs in a digital format. |
